I haven't even gotten far enough to fit mine on and its with a buddy getting all the welds cleaned and high-temp painted so I can't even eyeball it. But I' pretty positive the D16 exhaust has larger ports than the Aveo. Either way you just use an Aveo exhaust gasket and you should be fine. I'm probably going to port match my head this winter if I can't find an Aveo header to fab up a log mani.

alright i measure the intercooler and took pictures today....the measurements are 34" long by 5" high by 3" thick.....the pipes going in and out are 2.5" in diameter......i believe it is a cutsom intercooler made for my dads supercharged 350 blazer, but it will work for this project

A 1st gen DSM 12b would be the best for ours. T25 might be too big. Road/Race engineering has a hybrid turbo that stuffs T28 internals into a T25. But if you use the T25 you might have to loose your AC because it'll interfer with the lines

Umm the injectors from the 2l forenza or daewoo engine will fit in the 1.6L. Injectors are not model specific. I would go with bigger injectors and tune it down, trhen go with the stock injectors. better to run rich and lose a little power than run lean and grenade your engine

I think the stock ones could handle 6-7lbs boost

Talk to the guys at daewootech our injectors are the same flow rate as the lanos. the Design looks different, but they hook up the same

Best bet is to use a after market fuel pump, external, then something to control it, and bigger injectors.

I was told by the daewootech folks that the Aveo has Aveo-specific injectors. They have a triangular shape to them. I haven't had my fuel rail off so I can't say for sure.

I stand corrected. I guess a universal aftermarket injector might work then. Hmm....

What brand of intercooler? i don't know since it was in my dads garage in the attic and he just pulled it down yesterday, but it looks custom to me and usually the company would have their name on it somewhere but there is none...to me its free and thats all that matters to me
