The neon srt-4s are monster machines when it comes to pure straight line acceleration. If I'm not mistaken, they have the lowest 0-60 time out of any stock FWD car, with the tiburon coming in a close second... As for handling... I've owned a neon before, and unless they've completely remade the suspension, I don't want anything to do with it.

Wrong exo, the SRT-4 is the fastest in 0-60 but the Tiburon is no where close to that. The Cobalt SS Supercharged is the 2nd fastest. Here are 0-60 times taken from the experts at Car & Driver, Motor Trend and Road & Track SRT-4: 5.3 secs Cobalt SS SC: 6.1 secs Tiburon GT V6: 7.1 secs And here is the website which this info comes from and which also has alot of other cars's acceleration and 1/4 mile times: www.albeedigital.com/supercoupe/articles/0-60times.html

The s10 has a 4 speed w/ overdrive, meaning it has 5 speeds. He probably only used 4 gears because what idiot would use overdrive in a race. But anyway was it a 4.3l or 2.2, you dont know, a 2.2l s10 could have beat you, which is really sad.

Soon to get a LS1 swap when he gets time to put that badboy in. Then he'll end up dropping the rear, adding some wider tires, and making the transformation from offroader to drag strip thoroughbred.
