= not worth it for basic bolt on id just save the dyno money and spend it on parts and wait to get dynoed when you need to retune the car

$50 to boast to your friends about you're 85whp?
Only time I've ever touched a dyno is when I got my adjustable cam gear, cams, and software.

Stock, a 115hp 2.0l 8v ABA only puts down about 90hp to the ground... no way a 100hp aveo puts down 85. Especially with how hot the engine runs.

Ok ok! I dyno'd my car! Basing it off of my friends Aveo.
Ray's 2005 Chevrolet Aveo LS HB (Stock) Max reads at 5025RPM
83.02 HP @ Wheel 90.51 Ft Lbs Torque
Joe's 2005 Chevrolet Aveo LS HB (Intake, Cat-Back, High Flow Cat) Max at 4820RPM
92.62 HP @ Wheels 99.97 Ft. Lbs Torque
I'm surprised at how little HP I have after the mods. I probably got a sh!tload more power in the engine, but to the wheels... Blah.

looks like you need an under drive pulley (production starts January 2007) and some plugs/wires to break into that 100whp mark!

Yeah. That was next. Next Mods are going to be UDP, New SP's and SP Wires, new Grounding Kit, The Carbon Fiber hood which I'm modifying for working hood scoops. Hopefully, this will make me break the 110-120HP mark.
