So I have dual 12" subs in the trunk of my wave hatchback and I'm getting a lot of rattle out of the hatch itself and also the license plate (considering it only has 2 screw holes ). Anyone out there have any ideas? Would Dynamat help? I don't particularly want to cover the hatch in dynamat, but i can't stand the rattle anymore. Oh, and I don't really want to turn down my bass either just in case someone was gonna suggest that. I guess I'm looking for creative solutions!

I have the same problem i just put Dynamat on the bottom part of the plate. It still rattles but not as bad as before.

Thanks, I'll give it a try, I've still got a little bit of loose dynamat hanging around.

for the license plate I just applied some foamed tape behind and it solved the problem, for the plate at least

I put an old piece of towel on the rear of the plate and screwed it in. Since I installed the audiobahn sub in the car, thats all I hear.
