thumping when slight turn to the right

I've been dealing with problem for a year and a half. I've been hearing a thumping noise when slightly turning to the right. I had the dealer rotate my tires which didn't help, and replacing the tires which made it worse. I read some threads regarding other vehicles that it might be the lower front control arm.

I also have the common creaking noise. when driving over uneven surfaces.

Anybody know what this thumping noise is?
