I posted some Photoshop drawings about a new grille idea a little while back. Take a look and see if that's a good idea for you.

i have a damaged dodge pickup billet grill i was gonna try to make fit in the aveo. someday

critical... you be interested in using my Daewoo style grill to make a Carbon Fiber version? or paintable fiberglass??

I would like one with the billet grille, but with a real nice bowtie in the middle without the horizontal bar.
