I have these too, but not mounted yet. Im waiting for the original pads to go. They look like a pretty nice set.

I noticed it said those brakes will fit a beretta, caprice, and a camaro. That sound right? Surprised me.

do you have to machine the rotors every time you change the pads?

do you have to machine the rotors every time you change the pads? Changing pads without turning the rotor will ruin the pads and possibly the caliper. Changing a rotor without changing the pads will ruin the rotor.

I was told that with drilled and slotted rotors that I would have to send them off to get them specially turned due to the fact that a regular place like schucks or advance auto parts could not do it, and he said that I could just put new pads on them without problems...
Oh, by the way, The drilled and slotted rotors are a must have!! I have a set and they are awesome!

if possible get just slotted ones... cross drilled rotors don't do anything but crack.

if possible get just slotted ones... cross drilled rotors don't do anything but crack. And slotted ones just tear up your pads faster. Check actual race cars, a lot of them run standard rotors, but to each his own.
