I would like to remove my rear "bow tie" emblem but I can't quite figure out how. At first I thought it was stuck to the body (gooped on). I tried the "dental floss to saw through the goop" but it didn't work. It seems to be held on by pegs or pins.
Any advice?

it's both
How to remove rear emblem:
#1 Find a hair drier and warm the badge #2 While emblem is still warm - Use a thin piece of metal (paint scrapper, knife, something) and carefully slide under the edge of emblem and pry up working your way around #3 Pull the emblem off #4 Clean the area
There are two pins with rubber stoppers in the middle so after you pull it off you'll have two holes in your trunk...

No problem. For awhile I used the KALOS V badge (with the L over the holes) in the center of the trunk to cover it up
