ok so there is a "shifting chip" made by zerodegrees....some people claim "the shifting chip adds 20hp".....

I dont know about this product but the 20hp gain is BS. If its to help shift, then that means its in the tranny. well your tranny doesnt make hp the engine does, it may make it shift faster or smoother like a shift kit in older cars...?

there are companies that make a shift improver for the aveo auto tranny. you will not increase HP. Just shift quicker. Also you will void your warranty using this product if the dealer catches you with it. Just a FYI

i have teh B&M shif module in the DD and the only thing you will notice is quicker shifts. And Brian is right it voids the warranty. so be wary about things that you have the dealer look at and do. they might not fix the problems these may cause(if any).
