***Sam's CAI ***Nite-Shades Tails & Turn Signals Started Saturday and finshed putting everything back together today. Sam's CAI fits like a glove and a VERY EASY install. I'm still not totally done with the Tail lights and turn signals... I still have to wet sand and polish them up but im waiting a week to let the paint cure all the way. (I couldnt really figure out how to take the tails out so i just taped up really good..it turned out good)

Yeah im gonna do the city lights in a few weeks probably.... its easy to take the headlights out.
I almost took the dealer sticker off, but they hook me up a lot with stuff so i decided to leave it on atleast until warranty is done. its a really awesome dealership.

I had nite-shades on backorder for like 3 months off of some internet site and i got an email ALL of their Nite-Shades and VHT products were on backorder due to a massive fire and destroying all of their stock.
Here's an email they sent me.... In January 2006, VHT's main plant that manufactures all of there paints, enamels, etc.. Had a devistating fire. For the last 5 months VHT has been subbing out the manufacturing of the products (Inc. Nite-Shades) to smaller facilities that have been struggling to meet the large demands of the VHT products. Production on the Nite-Shades was to be completed beginning of July. The company that is currently manufacturing the Nite-Shades had two small hang ups one in production then just recently in Labeling. All of the kinks and snags are now out of the way. This has set back the date of completion and shipping of Nite-Shades giving a estimated Ship Date of August 7 - August 14th. All current Back-Orders and new orders until July 31st will be guaranteed delivery, any order after July 31st may not ship in Aug. We have been working closely with VHT and our affiliate network to get these delays kept to a minimum. We Thank-You for your Business and understanding. If you have any questions please feel free to e-mail us at info@trucknvans.com.
so last week i went to get my engine cleaned and i saw a can of niteshades sitting on the counter... i almost shi t myself.
so it wa $11.00+tax, which beats $19 shipped.

Do you have HID's? If so what brand/color temp? Also, hows the beam without utilizing projectors? Looks good BTW!

I used just under one can of nite-shades.
And yes i have HID's I have McCulloch 6000K H4, I dont have the Hi/Lo beams because I did but the Beam pattern was horrible, and the Hi/Lo switch wasnt the greatest, so luckily the company i bought them from let me exchange the 9003's for H4's.
The H4 HID bulbs i have now has an okay beam pattern, although it is more blurry than stock halogen... but it doesnt blind other drivers
I was originally debating between the McCulloch Bi-Xenon Kit (9003 Hi/Lo), and the Philips G4 Ultinion H4 (H4 single Beam)
I chose the McCulloch because of the Hi/Lo beams, but that turned out to be crap so i wish i got the Philips G4 Ultinion's
any other questions just ask...

heres some old pics from winter time of the beam pattern and the color of the lights they are on my cardomain too, but this might be easier for some... the color seems more whiteand bright in person, but since its on a yellowish background it seems more yellow and dim than it really is.
