ok my aveo geting turbo on it in probly 2 weeks now what should i do amost exhaust frank the guy installing the turbo said go with a 2.5 in exhaust but i dont know anything about exhaust so that why iam asking u guys

2.5 in. exhaust will be good, you go anymore and its not very neccesary, high flow cat, removal of the other stuff that blocks the exhaust, and a decent muffler, hopefully not a cannon...

You don't want to run with a cat on a turbo. big time restriction.2.5 is good since your not gonna be running high boost

so any ideas on muffler and what stuff to remove also how would i remove the cat without throwing a check engine light from a o2 sensor

use the anti fouler trick. use 2 spark plug anti foulers. drill the 1st one out with a 3/4 bit. screw in the o2 sensor, then screw on the other AF. then screw into bung hole on exhaust. All set.

waiting on manifold iammmmmmmmm so pissssssssed i want it done now which remind me to call frank to find out the staus of when the manifold coming in iam been waiting for it for a month he said it being custom made and coming from canada orginal install date was suppose to be on 29 of july waiting on frank as maxmium boost for parts
