Some of you have been wondering where to get those really little booties that cover the bulbs in our dash and HAVOC controls(Instrument lights). Well I looked and I cant find em. Next thing I thought of was to color them with a perm. marker, but I thought that was ghetto. I surfed around and found this site that actually has replacable LED bulbs. Cheap, array of colors and LED. Check it...... www.superbrightleds.com/1157.htm Scroll to the bottom second to the last you want the #74 bulbs only, we dont need the sockets. Now you can have your dash be any color

Oh, I know......J/K Denis, these will only replace your instrument lights(Speed-O cluster and HAVOC controls). All you do is pull out the old bulb and put the new LED in. Its impossible to change the color of your headunit unless its built in to it. Ill post pics when I get the lights and find some extra time. Plus I have to find out how in the hell to take out the gauge cluster.

Umm yeah I did this like a year ago. I'll get a pic to show you. They don't make any bulbs to fit the sockets we use. so I took LED's and sodered them into the sockets. mine are in all blue. as sson as I get A pic I'll post it

We'll see, I ordered mine yesterday. According to the discription they sound and look like they would fit. Brian..did you use those exact bulbs that I linked to?

i just measured and i dunno if the twist socket things are big enough
(p.s. just changed my guages colors..my dad had the little red bulb covers for his guages for his supercharged s10 blazer and they fit perfectly over the old bulbs i just need to find two more)
