hey i was wonder if i did get ahold of the suzkui aero 2.2 liter engine what would i need to engine swap would i have to change computer and redo all the wireing hardness or could i just plug up a suzkui computer and ready to go because i got family that used to blueprint engines and i got a crazy idea iam thinking about engine swaping and boreing the engine and replace all the connecting rods and geting forged pistons and new cams made and new bareing and then turbo charge it with 20 psi boost hehe easy 250 hp

Good Luck, if your gonna do all that just get a 2L or a 2.2 and do all that. at least you know those engines will fit. just put in a 2l and turbo it. even on stock internals you can put down 200 hp. which is plenty in an aveo

yeah but idk if it will hook right up iam going to look at the engine right now since i work in a mall and they have a few in the mall this is the car one i see in the mall
would the suzuki aerio sx engine hook up to it 2.3-liter, 4-cylinder, 16-valve DOHC engine Horsepower: 155 hp @ 5,400 RPM Torque: 152 lb.-ft. @ 3,000 RPM

you would need to swap the transmission and engine and all the electronics and probaby custom shafts...not worth it, like brian said go with an engine that is in our family like the 2.0L u20sed or the 2.2L.....if you built up and ran 20 psi on a u20sed you would get around 300+hp

the u20sed makes around 145 hp with an exhaust, CAI and u/d crank pulley. plus you can swap in the d20 or f20 i forget which one is in the forenza and I know some that can get you upgrades clutchs/ pressureplates and lightweight flywheels
.ps....you didnt happen to get this idea from an earlier engine swap thread i started did you? because i had no idea what i was talking about then and I learned that something cost more then the benefit

nah man i was just thinking about since i saw used aveo engine for 700 with 26 miles on it and was like wow it so cheap and since i got ffamily that blueprint engines why not buy a 2nd engine and toss some money at it and make a true sleeper

sam i know the 2.0 liter engine is the u20sed what the 2.2 model name i want to get get one so i can do 20 psi boosting

i think it was something like t22sed
edit: just looked it up and yes it is t22sed and it makes 155 stock
