It looks like its got a handle on it!!!! Blaaaaa.....i don't think so. You'll have so much downforce, it'll probably lighten the front end just enough to loose traction at 60mph in a blinding rain, sending you straight into a guardrail! .......unless........you put another fin on the front of the car, like in F1 racing! Then you could have more front downforce!

hmm ima agree on that you might think of adding a front lip likea front carbom under bumper diffuser thing, like a lip, and maybe some carbon canard things, cuz the front might get a bit light, of course i dont have access to a wind tunnel to prove that...

the angle of attack would have to be as steep as i could make it for that to happen and then i would have to be doing 120 mph. Then yes i agree, but untill those conditions are met the front end is unneffected.

Actually it is wicked but it just doesn't go with the lines of the car. The aftermarket accessories maker should follow the design styles of my previous car. The Toyota Starlet. Below is a pic of the Glanza V which is the last incarnation of the Starlet. Shows how a sexy looking aerofoil on a Aveo hatch should look like.

Here is another one. A real rear spoiler from the Skoda Fabia RS. This style follows the current WRC Skoda team's Fabia. Absolutely wicked! Let's hope one like this appears for the Aveo.

Actually it ain't too bad. You should see the touring car championship situation in the late 90s. There was this aerofoil/spoiler arms race when the cars started using 2, 3 and even 4 rear aerofoils. It got so out of hand that FIA decided to stop the BS by putting regulations in place to limit it to 1. In my books the meanest and baddest aerofoil is from the Ford Sierra Cosworth. The huge looking aerofoil goes very well with the lines of the car and looks evil at the same time.

That Skoda wing looks ridiculous If you look closely I think it actually has 3 spoilers!!(one coming off the top rear window). WRC influenced or not, it looks retarded to me. Just my .02 I dont like any of them actually....sorry

you could have at least picked some better looking spoilers to show me how it looks better then my ride! LOL!
Mine looks way better then those other ones. aluminum spoilers with splitters are commmon place in the race world now adays, I think its a cool look on any car. But that is just my opinion and so is every other post in this thread.
