Does anyone know if you can modify the supercharger that works on the 2.0 ecotec to work on the 1.6?

Does anyone know if you can modify the supercharger that works on the 2.0 ecotec to work on the 1.6? I really hate saying this...but... "With enough money anything is possible" But you'd probably be better off building a turbo. You can peice together a kit for under $1500 USD easy

I went to the site and it's just about the car, but no info about the supercharger other then where they had to put it

yea i was talking about clearance in the back...the lanos engine bay is a tad bigger

It should fit but it will probably have to go in the front of our engine and we will probably have to relocate the battery or get a smaller one and also modify our current intake path, so it will take some work, but I think it can be done...

I understand getting a custom intake so you can draw air from the right side of the engine bay, but u cant just like flip an engine around to get the intake in the front......
